Pho Brighton is literally a stone's throw from the centre of the Lanes and has lots of fantastic outdoor seating with wonderful sea views. Our 130-seat restaurant includes bar space overlooking the open kitchen in the centre of the restaurant. We specialise in pho, a delicious and nutritous noodle soup (and the national dish of Vietnam), and many other authentic Vietnamese street foods, salads and noodle dishes. Our drinks menu includes Vietnamese beers, coffees and cocktails (like our signature Phojito) as well as freshly squeezed juices and a great wine list. Can’t eat meat, dairy, eggs or gluten? Our menu is very friendly.
Pho Brighton is open throughout the week for eat-in and takeaway.
