Our friendly, family run guest house, where your comfort comes first, is in the heart of Brighton, and is fully non-smoking. 4 Star, Grade II star listed Regency hotel of character, almost 200 years old. Situated in Regency Square, one of Brighton's main seafront squares facing the West Pier, the hotel is a three minute walk from the main conference centres, shopping centre and main attractions, and there is a NCP underground car park in the square. Extensively refurbished double, twin, single & triple rooms with luxury en-suite facilities, original fireplaces and ornate mouldings in many rooms. Much of the furniture is antique period, and restored to its former beauty

The guest house has recently been awarded 4 red star which places it within the top 10% of 4 star hotels in the country.
