Associations Love Brighton
City Lands Four Major Wins
VisitBrighton’s love affair with the association market looks set to continue into 2011 with the announcement of four major conference wins for the city.
Since the beginning of the year, VisitBrighton have secured:
- The British Accounting Association (BAA)
- British Society for Rheumatology
- British Association of Supported Employment
- Royal College of Psychiatrists.
The conferences will bring in a combined economic benefit of over £4.6 million to the city, with the arrival of just under 3,000 delegates.
Hosting the conferences will be the:
- Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront (British Association of Supported Employment, September 2010)
- De Vere Grand (British Society of Rheumatology, April 2011)
- and Hilton Brighton Metropole (BAA, April 2011; Royal College of Physicians, July 2011; British Society of Rheumatology, April 2011).
Significant wins for the city
