Take our Giant Tuna Panini; it’s thickly coated with our scrumptious combination of melted mozzarella and cheddar. It’s 25% bigger than a the offering from a certain well known high street coffee shop’s Tuna Panini, yet ours still has less calories, much less fat and less than half the saturated fat. Instead we pack ours with 1/3rd more healthy protein… Perfect!

We’re situated in the heart of the famous Lanes with outside seating in the lovely Brighton Square with it’s renowned Dolphin Fountain.

Our lunches include our super popular Lovefit Club sandwich with ham, chicken, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato & mustard served on 3 slices of toasted wholemeal bread, Falafel and Houmous Pittas and Pastrami and Onion Marmalade Deli Sandwiches.
Our Breakfasts include our famous Power Porridge with whole raspberries, greek yogurt, honey and pumpkin seeds to help boost your immune system and our Full English which is grilled rather than fried for less of the yucky fat.
