Bagelman has three stores in Brighton & Hove, open seven days' a week, selling freshly baked and filled bagels to eat in or take away. Find us at 108 St James's Street, 106 Church Road and 7 Bond Street.

Every bagel is rolled by hand, proved, steamed and baked by us using a clean, vegan recipe in our bagel bakery nestled behind our Bond Street store in the North Laine area of Brighton. It was here, in 1999, that we opened the first Bagelman store. Open all day, every day, serving delicious freshly baked bagels and great coffee with a friendly smile, we quickly built a loyal following.

Our famous menu of filled bagels includes favourites such as the Reuben and the Lox Deluxe or you can 'build your own' from our extensive range of premium deli-style fillings, including our house-made Hot Salt Beef. 

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with other local businesses. Supplied to us by Hove butcher, RC Secker, all our beef is grass fed, free range and comes from local farms. Our smoked salmon is smoked locally by Springs Smoked Salmon in Henfield, our vegan garlic mayonnaise comes from local Brighton business BeSaucy and our cakes and cookies are lovingly baked for us by Rebecca at Honeycomb Cakes in Worthing. Passionate about our coffee, we serve only the finest, locally roasted coffee from Brighton coffee roasters Skylark Coffee and all our counter servers receive barista training.  

We have an extensive vegan menu including our Vegan BLT, Vegan Feast and Vegan Reuben.

We also cater for coeliacs with our hugely popular chia seed gluten-free bagels.

And we offer outside catering with our delicious buffet delivery service. Perfect for office meetings, birthday parties, conferences and events. 

In 2019 we were the proud winners of the Deliveroo Best Brunch Award and in 2022 we came third and fifth in the Bravo award categories; Go To Go and Best For the Family.
