Paskins has rather gone its own way. Not so much boutique, more eclectic, a 'green' Town House forging its own direction.
After checking in at our Art Nouveau reception you will find slightly out of the ordinary rooms, each is individual in design, all very comfortable.
Famous for being environmentally friendly this can be best sampled through the delicious breakfasts, prepared with mainly organic produce or sourced mostly from local farms.
Our Art Deco breakfast room has a menu of celebrated choice: including a variety of imaginative vegetarian and vegan dishes and the finest of traditional English breakfasts. Breakfast is included in your room price.
Guests can also enjoy our intimate lounge or room service. With its tempting selection of sandwiches including memorable smoked salmon from a Sussex smokery.
