Cycling
Brighton and the surrounding areas are perfect for cycling. Cycling in Brighton & Hove is quick, easy and enjoyable and the city is now part of the National Cycle Network, as well as being one of five nationally selected 'cycling demonstration towns'. There are also bridleways and tracks for off-road cycling into the Sussex downs.
