Cook Norman
From humble beginnings as bass player with the Housemartins Norm has since hit the top of the charts with Beats International ("Dub Be Good to Me"), Freak Power ("Tune in, Turn on, Cop Out") and most recently as DJ Fatboy Slim ("Halfway Between The Gutter And The Stars"). Norman helped pioneer the 'Big Beat Boutique' at the Concorde II Brighton clubnight where he occasionally still DJs.

Legendary performer most famously associated with performing the bass line on Lou Reed's 'Walk on the Wild Side'. This jazz musician has played with David Bowie, Sky and still regularly performs at the Komedia Theatre.

Good Joanne
Presenter for BBC Southern Counties Radio. She is a trained actress and appeared in the original series of Crossroads.

Aka Midfield General. Damian is head of Skint records which includes local boys Fatboy Slim and the Lo Fidelity Allstars on its roster. He is also is signed to his own label under the DJ moniker of Midfield General. Skint are sponsors of local football team Brighton & Hove Albion.

More local DJs made good! Video to single "Gotta Turn Around" was filmed in Brighton outside Urban records in the North Laine and inside Rounder Records in the Lanes and featured a cameo by local ex-boxing 'character' Chris Eubank. Have not matched the success of this 1999 release but are still releasing records and DJ-ing.

Van Day David
