Brighton Marina and Rottingdean

A photo of boats and restaurants at dusk at Brighton Marina.

Brighton Marina

So much more than just somewhere to park your boat, Brighton Marina is home to the city's outlet shopping centre. Offering savings of up to 50% on high street prices on ladies', men's, children's and sports wear, as well as home goods, it's great for a bargain.

After a hard day's shopping enjoy the fantastic entertainment on hand at the multiplex cinema, bowling centre, casino and David Lloyd Leisure centre.

Alternatively, try a spot of fishing, diving, sailing or relax with a scenic boat trip or cycle ride. Brighton Marina is also a great place to unwind in one of the waterfront bars, restaurants or cafes.

The Brighton Walk of Fame

Brighton Marina is also home to Brighton's very own Walk of Fame. The city has always attracted an artsy, cultural crowd and this is reflected in its many famous residents, old and new. Explore the Brighton Walk of Fame and discover who has lived and lives in the city - from the roguish Prince Regent to everyone's favourite superstar DJ, Fatboy Slim...

Getting to Brighton Marina and further information

Check out the Brighton Marina website for further details of forthcoming events, shopping and much more...

Brighton Marina is easily accessible on the number 7 bus, but if you are travelling by car, parking is free.

Head off to Kipling's Rottingdean in Brighton

Rottingdean is situated moments up the coast from Brighton Marina, making Brighton Marina and Rottingdean a great combination to visit in one day. You can even get to Rottingdean from Brighton Marina via the undercliff walk, popular in summer and winter with visitors and residents alike.

Mentioned in the Domesday book, Rottingdean is a picturesque seaside village that became fashionable in the nineteenth century among artists, writers and politicians.

Rottingdean is an ideal place to spend an afternoon browsing the shops and galleries, relaxing in Rudyard Kipling's gardens or taking tea in a traditional English tearoom. Visit the Rottingdean website for more information.
