Zilli works his Italian magic

Award winning celebrity chef Aldo Zilli has opened two new exciting eateries in Brighton.

Aldo Zilli's 30-seat deli-style cafe;has already become a highlight of Brighton's funky new destination hotel, 'myhotel' and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
 
With fresh, Italian fast food on the menu, customers can watch homemade pasta and ice-cream being created before tucking in to classic dishes such as aubergine parmigiana and Bolognese, or a superb range of fresh salads and delicious sandwiches.
 
Zilli's - a 120 seater restaurant in the heart of the Cultural Quarter
Following the arrival of Zilli's Café, myhotel has also recently seen the official opening of 'Zilli's', a 120-seat restaurant.  The restaurant, will serve a mouthwatering modern Italian menu using locally sourced, sustainable, seasonal and organic produce.
 
During the warmer months diners will be also able to enjoy the city's summer nights, sitting out on the restaurant's al-fresco seating area.
 
Celebrity chefs flock to Brighton
Zilli's arrival in Brighton sees him join a host of fellow celebrity chiefs including Antonio Carluccio who already owns a restaurant on Jubilee Street, and Jamie Oliver who is opening his first Brighton based restaurant in November.

Hot destination for food lovers
Brighton is rapidly becoming the hottest destination for food lovers everywhere. Voted the second most culinary city outside of London by the Remy Martin Restaurant Awards, Brighton has now gone on to dominate the Observer Food Monthly Awards, with the most nominations of any city outside of the capital.
