Offer Bank

To help customers get a rounded view of what Brighton has to offer, visitbrighton.com has created an offer bank. This is accessed via the Special Offers link on the homepage.

The Offer Bank is designed to do several things:

• motivate people to visit the city
• give visibility to all our partners in our main marketing tools
• spread the 'visitor pound' over a wider range of businesses
• start to adjust the perception that Brighton is too expensive.

How does it work?
Businesses in our partnership sheme put offers onto VisitBrighton. All offers will be listed under the 'Special Offers' section on visitbrighton.com. This is accessed from the main menu on the home page.

When a visitor finds an offer that appeals to them, hopefully yours, they select it and are directed to your dedicated page on visitbrighton.com. This will give more details about you and your offer.

If you are a hotel, customers will be encouraged to enquire about your offer by filling out an email enquiry form. This will be sent to you by email and then it is up to you to convert their enquiry into a booking.

If you are not a hotel, customers will be asked to fill out an enquiry form to print out an offer voucher to redeem with you either in advance or during their visit.

If you wish to add a special offer, simply contact us via the details below and we will add it to the Special Offers page.

Please note that VisitBrighton will monitor all offers and has the right to remove offers if they don't meet the criteria stated above.
