Old Courtroom break out room

The Old Courtroom, Brighton.The newly restored, historic Old Courtroom is the ideal break out space or small venue facility, catering for up to 152 people.

Old Court House
Designed by Charles Sorby in 1868, the Old Courtroom was first opened as a Court House. Now part of the Brighton Museum, it has undergone extensive restoration, in addition to complete refurbishment of the interior space.

Up to 152 lecture style
The Old Courtroom is ideally situated in the heart of the city's Cultural Quarter and accommodates up to 152 people lecture style. It also offers its own foyer space. Other facilities include:

  • DVD, CD and Video setup
  • Wireless sound transmission system
  • Multimedia projector
  • PA system
  • Onsite kitchen facilities for preparation of cold food
  • Disabled access and toilets.
