Contemporary French cuisine
Opened in December 2007, L'Eglise offers delicious classic French cuisine prepared for contemporary tastes. An authentic slice of France on the doorsteps of Hove the restaurant offers a classic French feel with furnishings of solid wood and pewter, small intimate tables, soft lighting and black and white Henri Cartier-Bresson photographs of Paris.

From Ronnie Scott's to Hove
The Head Chef, Jean Yves Guiomar, originally from Brittany, brings an impressive pedigree with him, having worked at London's Le Deuxieme, the re-opened Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and the House of Lords.
 
Gourmet Mother's Day treats
Gourmet treats available on Mother's Day include aged bridge farm rib of beef with Bearnaise sauce, duck fat chips and salade verte and Sussex Downs roasted leg of lamb with rosemary jus and root vegetables. The sensibly priced A La Carte menu will also be adjusted to suit the day and all wines have been lovingly chosen from winemakers who favour nature over chemicals.

The restaurant has already built up a regular customer base, which speaks for itself, so why not take Mum before everyone else does!
