Brighton VIC up for 'Oscar'

Brighton Visitor Information Centre has been short listed to receive a 'Tourism Oscar' at the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence Finals.

Brighton a regional winner
As the regional winner in the Tourist Information Service category of the Tourism ExSEllence Awards, Brighton has now been short listed from all the regional winners for a Gold or Silver National Award.

Brighton has been short listed alongside Liverpool and Nottingham.

Tourism 'Oscars'
Now in their 19th year, the awards are affectionately known as the 'Tourism Oscars'. They promote healthy industry competition and high standards, helping to ensure England's place as a world-class destination.

The Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2008 take place on 23rd April 2008 in Liverpool.
