Silver Award for Excellence
The Brighton & Hove Visitor Information Centre, the first port of call for thousands of visitors from across the world, scooped a silver award at the national Enjoy England Awards for Excellence in Liverpool last week.
The centre, one of more than 500 Visitor Information Centres across the country, picked up the award in the Tourist Information category.
Royal Pavilion location
Last year the centre moved from Bartholomew Square to its new premises in the Royal Pavilion shop in the heart of the city's cultural quarter - providing a much more central location for visitors and enabling it to extend its services, including ticket sales for venues in the city.
Excellent custromer service
Recent survey results show that 100% of customers rated the centre as good or excellent for speed of service, and quality of customer service, and in the autumn the centre won a coveted regional ExSEellence award.
So if you're coming to Brighton, make you you pop in and see us.
