Brighton Friends of the Earth
FOE local groups campaign to improve the environment in their own backyard, as well as joining in with campaigns nationally and internationally. The local group provides an opportunity to meet others who have concerns about their environment and who wish to work for a better planet.

The Waste & Resources Action Programme campaign aimed at working closely with councils and retailers to make sure the recycling message is heard.
Brighton and Hove Wood Recycling
Brighton & Hove Wood Recycling Project aims to rescue, re-use and recycle some of the tonnes of wood going to landfill locally b collecting waste wood from local businesses. The reusable timber they collect is also offered for sale in their shop - The Wood Store.
