Personally run by Ramola and Mary. One Broad Street is a tasteful but simply decorated 4 star period guesthouse located 30 seconds from the beach. Having opened in April 2008 they have gained a reputation for high standards of cleanliness and service. Ideally placed for visiting all local attractions including The Pier, The Lanes shopping area, Brighton Conference centre and all the fab bars and restaurants. Business facilities include free Wifi.
