You can even get to Rottingdean from Brighton Marina via the undercliff walk, popular in summer and winter with visitors and residents alike.
Mentioned in the Domesday book, Rottingdean is a picturesque seaside village that became fashionable in the nineteenth century among artists, writers and politicians.
