The Visitor Information Centre is easy to find. Simply find the Royal Pavilion Shop and we're right next door. See address and contact details on our main Contact Us page or find the VIC on one of our downloadable Brighton Maps.
The new Visitor Information Point will have an array of leaflets and information, plus staff offering basic advice and help. More complex requests for assistance with things like accommodation and transport tickets will be directed to the main Visitor Information Centre next to the Royal Pavilion.
Visitor Information Point at Brighton Toy & Model Museum
There is also an additional Visitor Information Point near Brighton station, at The Toy and Model Museum. Open 10am-5pm Tues-Fri and 11am-5pm Sat, the Information Point offers an array of leaflets and information, plus staff offering basic advice and help. More complex requests for assistance with things like accommodation and transport tickets will be directed to the main Visitor Information Centre.
To find the Visitor Information Point at the Toy Museum, simply turn right out the main station exit and then at the road, turn 180 degrees left and walk down Trafalgar Street underneath the concourse. The Museum is a very short walk on your left.
