Visitor Information Points
In addition to the main Visitor Information Centre there are also two official Visitor Information Points: at the Brighton Toy & Model Museum near Brighton Station and at Brighton Pier.
Both the Visitor Information Points offer an array of leaflets and information, plus staff offering basic advice and help. More complex requests for assistance with things like accommodation and transport tickets will be directed to the main Visitor Information Centre.
Brighton Toy and Model Museum is open from 10am-5pm Tues-Fri and 11am-5pm Sat, and it is situated at 52-55 Trafalgar Street, in the arches underneath Brighton Station.
To find the Visitor Information Point at the Toy Museum, simply turn right out the main station exit and then at the road, turn 180 degrees left and walk down Trafalgar Street underneath the concourse. The Museum is a very short walk on your left.
Brighton Pier is open every day of the year except Christmas Day and is easily found in the centre of the city.
