  1. Are there are any attractions for cihildren?

There are lots of things for the whole family to do, for full details check out the Family pages, but here are just a few ideas to get you going:
    The Sea Life Centre
    Brighton Pier
    The Toy and Model Museum
    Brighton Museum and Art Gallery
    Hove Museum and Art Gallery
    Foredown Tower
    Booth Museum

  2. Can I take a day trip to France from Brighton?

Brighton is just a short bus ride from Newhaven which has frequent ferry links run by Transmanche, or you can get a direct train up to St Pancreas Station if you'd rather go by Eurostar. So don't forget to pack your passport, although visitors from overseas are advised to check with the Frecnh embassy to see if they require a visa.

  3. What if I fancy a walk in the countryside?

Although Brighton & Hove is most well known as a seaside city it is actually sandwiched in between the sea and the countryside as well. The beautiful South Downs are a quick bus ride out of the city centre.
