About

Join us on Make Music Day, a global celebration of music and peace. We're excited to welcome those with a shared cancer experience and a love for music. Meet our choir, discover the joy of singing and connect with others in a supportive, inclusive environment.

This is a fun and pressure-free workshop where you can come along and have a go. You don't have to sing alone or perform to a crowd. It's just about finding your voice and discovering the power of singing on your happiness and mental wellbeing.

The morning is split into three sessions but feel free to take part in as many as you wish!

10:00 to 10:45am is aimed towards singers with a lower voice register (baritones).

11:00 to 11:45am is aimed towards singers with a middle range voice (altos)

12:00 to 12:45 is aimed towards singers with a higher voice (sopranos)

If you aren't sure which session is for you then feel free to come along to any/all sessions and we will be happy to work with you throughout the day to find where you are comfortable.

It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned singer or a complete beginner, we want to meet you and show you what we do! The main aim of the day is to enjoy exploring your voice and singing with us!

Please Note: OUTSINGCANCER choir is formed of people whose lives have been impacted by a cancer diagnoses. This means that these sessions are primarily for those who have or have had cancer and their close relatives and friends.
