Discover the amazing benefits of Tai Chi at our beautiful Sussex estate.
In a workshop led by expert ‘Tai Chi with Jo’, you will be taught key movements that relax and focus the mind, while improving coordination and strength.
The session is held outside with beautiful views across the South Downs and finishes with a delicious Brunch, either in our Tasting Room or out on the Terrace.
Over the 2.5-hr workshop, Jo will give you the tools to embrace a more holistic view of exercise, gently caring for both body and mind.
The price includes the workshop, Brunch with fresh coffee and juice and, of course, a glass of Artelium sparkling wine.
