- Visit off season. Lots of hotels offer reduced rates outside the peak spring and summer months, so you could bag a bargain. You’ll also find you’ve got much more of the city to yourself.
- Buy a combined Royal Pavilion and Sealife Centre ticket from the Visitor Information Centre and you’ll save a packet.
- Visit our Brighton for free and cheap eats pages. You’ll be surprised how much you can do and eat in the city without breaking the bank.
- See the city on foot. Brighton is such a compact city that most attractions, restaurant and hotels are within walking distance. So why save some cash and get some exercise at the same time?

- Come midweek – if you want to get a good hotel deal, you’ll be more likely to get one during the week. Hotels are busiest Thursday to Sunday so if you can afford to come outside these days you may find things are a bit cheaper.
- Come by train - Southern trains offer a £20 group save ticket for up to 4 people in the Southern area.
- Bag a bargain in the January Sales - if you visit in January, you can shop to your hearts content in the January sales. You're also more likely to get a great hotel deal after the Christmas rush.
