Based in the North Laine, Brighton, The Roastery is one of the best coffee shops in Brighton.
Opened in July 2020, The Roastery is the hub of operations for the company, roasting our blends on site for all our wholesale and retail customers.
Roasting on a brand new Probat UG 15, the site is capable of keeping up with the requirements of customers in Brighton and around the country. Not just a roastery, the site also has our most extensive selection of home brewing equipment and the staff to show you how to make a perfect coffee with each piece of equipment we sell , plus a fully functioning coffee shop serving all your favourite beverages and snacks. We use the La Marzocco KB90 to create the best tasting coffee in the North Laine!
