Coming back to work after the long Easter weekend is always difficult but for the people of Brighton this morning's alarm was even more shocking after last night's celebrations as Brighton & Hove Albion are back in the Premier League!

I can't be the only one who's been humming The Lightning Seeds 'Three Lions' lyric - "Thirty years of hurt / Never stopped me dreaming" as it's been 34 years since Brighton & Hove Albion were last in the Premier League. Perhaps Fatboy Slim will release a remix of the track, after all "Seagulls on a shirt" works just as well as three lions...

It's been a fantastic season for Chris Hughton's team who have won all of their games so far this month. The atmosphere in the city was electric last night as Brighton won their game but we had to wait until the results of the 17:00 kick-off were called before our return to the Premier League was confirmed.

It's a fantastic achievement and I can't wait to see what happens next!
