Lost in the Lanes opened with the ambition to create a chef-led restaurant where everyone feels welcome. The LOST approach is simple. Small menus using seasonal produce from local producers.  

From our coffee counter we serve expertly crafted coffees using our exclusive espresso roasted by Pharmacie Coffee Roasters, alongside changing guest filters and hand-made cakes.

From our bar we offer a small selection of well-made drinks using fresh juices and spirits, collaborating with local producers including Brighton Gin and Stopham vineyards.
