This former golf club is located on the South Downs just south of Devil’s Dyke, with incredible views of rolling hills and rare chalk grassland. The building is situated in the heart of the city’s rewildling project – Wilding Waterhall. A perfect get-away space for a fresh perspective.

Cost:
- £25 per hour hire, minimum booking length of 4 hours on weekdays. Weekends and regular booking lengths by negotiation.
- Reduced price of £20ph for large charities, and £15ph for small community groups.
- £5 per hour additional staffing fee applies for evening and weekend hires, please enquire in good time to ensure availability.

- Group wellbeing activities on site are also available for an additional fee.
- All bookings help support our wellbeing & ecotherapy groups on site for local people.
Please read our FAQ’s, and hire agreement for venue use. Please note we are in the process of installing new central heating for the space. In the meantime, portable heaters are being used. Please take this into consideration when planning your event, especially if you want to book the clubhouse during the winter months and you have attendees who might be adversely affected by a lower temperature than usual.
