Housed in Brighton's most iconic seafront hotel, The Grand Brighton, Cyan is the sort of contemporary stylish eatery that appeals to locals and visitors alike.
The menus are all about the little moments - from an unforgettable Sunday spent with friends over incredible roasts to sitting at the gorgeous circular bar to sample small plates and a spectacular seasonal cocktail or two.
All of the food and drink in the restaurant is carefully sourced and curated by the team – sustainability is at the heart of what they do, which is evident not only in the menu but also the décor. Keep an eye out for Weez & Merl coasters made from recycled plastic waste and the artwork on the walls by the fantastic photographer, Mandy Barker, depicting her shelf Life collection, raising awareness of marine plastic pollution.
With a capacity that holds up to 80 people, Cyan is a popular choice for groups and there’s plenty of space for those looking to relax with a few drinks or a full meal.
