About
Taste Sussex is a new and exciting restaurant from local chef Phil Bartley and drinks expert Steve Pineau.
Based in the former Frankie & Benny's site in Brighton Marina, Taste is a clever take on the traditional branded restaurant that diners have come to expect from the area.
Phil and Steve have used their extensive knowledge of the industry to bring a playful twist on the menus, using local ingredients they have taken the branded menu and turned it upside down.
With no microwaves in sight, Taste-Sussex serves farm to fork food using fresh, local produce cooked to order. The bar also serves where possible local micro brewery products, local award winning wines and local soft drinks.
