We took our inspiration from some of America’s best grown-up eateries - those that take the diner concept to a new level - an industrial-luxe style space, a friendly informal vibe, seriously good food, and an eclectic list of cocktails, wines, spirits, and imported North American craft beers.
This is the place to grab a morning coffee or enjoy a relaxing breakfast, have a quick bite of lunch at the counter, or share a few dishes and cocktails with friends in the evening.
The interior is light and spacious with superb views of the old West Pier and an open frontage leading onto a south facing terrace; high ceilings, exposed ducting, industrial lighting, and the most obvious nod to Manhattan, a giant wallpaper mural taken in China Town NYC dominating the back wall.
Counter seating is available at the bar for morning coffee or evening cocktails, or diners can lounge on the stylish banquettes and elegant 1950s butterfly chairs.
