Bonfire Night is also known as Fireworks Night or Guy Fawkes and there are always spectacular displays across Brighton & Hove.
Bonfire Night is a great way to brighten up the winter nights with displays guaranteed to make you oo and ah with delight as the skies are filled with dramatic colours usually with a fantastic soundtrack to add to the party spirit and carnival atmosphere.

There are three fantastic venues hosting fireworks in Brighton & Hove this year.
On Saturday 5th November the Sussex County Cricket Ground will host their annual celebrations which this year includes an enhanced pyrotechnic display and lots of entertainment in the lead-up to the main event. Gates open at 6pm allowing plenty of time to get some food & drink before the main display starts at 7.30pm. Please note that if the weather is unsuitable the event will be moved to 12th November.
Brighton Racecourse will host the Brighton Lions Fireworks Night on Saturday 5th November. Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children over 3 with doors opening at 6pm ready for the fireworks display to start at 7.30pm. There will be free parking on-site as well as food & drink plus entertainment for the kids.
The Family Firework Spectacular will once again be held at the Nevill Recreation Ground on Saturday 5th November. Gates will open at 5pm ready for a Fire Dance Show by Poi Passion at 6pm followed by the Fireworks Display at 7pm. The display is choreographed to a musical soundtrack of popular favourites as well as a few surprises.
