The Brighton Natural Health Centre (BNHC) is a charity set up by Infinity Foods and has been running for over 35 years. Our core aim is to share the benefits of mindful physical activity with as many people as possible by offering accessible classes across the city creating a wellbeing community within our centre.
As the home of yoga in Brighton, we also have over 40 different yoga classes per week including iyengar®, astanga, classic, hatha, yin, yoga for men, flow vinyasa and specialist pregnancy, post-natal and parent and child yoga. Many of our classes are drop-ins so you can turn up and try a variety of different things, but we also offer courses for beginners, continuers and advanced levels in specialist disciplines like hula hooping, belly dancing and more! We run afternoon workshops almost every weekend and regularly host guest teachers from around the country.
BNHC is pleased to offer quality teaching from some of Brighton and Hove’s most experienced teachers, light and clean studios, friendly reception staff, a community programme with free talks & events and low-cost classes, regular taster sessions and class passes to save money if you attend regularly.
We also have some new 'taster' videos which we've called Bite-size BNHC on our Youtube channel:
We are proud to be running a thriving community programme incorporating partner outreach work, low-cost community classes and a series of workshops for yoga teachers. All profits from our community classes and events go towards supporting our outreach projects, such as our weekly free yoga class for female refugees and migrants. The money we raise, along with grants from funders and time donated by our trustees, staff and volunteers, enables us to run classes for those who might not be able to come to our centre.
Classes between £4 and £10 drop-in.
