AboutSussex Voyages brings you a premier marine experience when it comes to seeing the scenery of the Sussex Coast, from the majestic heights of Beachy Head and the Royal Sovereign Light Tower to our exhilarating Powerboat Adventure.
We are the only boat tour company in Sussex that is a Visit England Quality Approved Visitors Attraction.
As such, we specialise in offering a unique combination of exhilaration and adventure in our powerful custom built Rigid Inflatable Boat, designed with speed and manoeuvrability to take you close to the sights of the Sussex coast, seldom visited by conventional boats.
Our tours are professionally guided and are suitable for all ages from babies to 90 year olds.
We depart from "The Waterfront" retail area quayside in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. We operate all year (weather permitting) and we supply waterproof jackets and trousers to keep you warm all year round.
Our most popular cruise is our 1 hour guided voyage to Beachy Head which takes in the sights of Eastbourne Bay and the world famous Beachy Head with its red and white striped lighthouse sitting at its base.
Other adventures include 1 hour trip to the Royal Sovereign Light Tour which can be seen on the southern horizon from Eastbourne seafront.
We also run our popular "Powerboat Adventures" where we speed around Eastbourne Bay and demonstrate the handling of our agile boat.
Each voyage can take up to 12 persons and can be chartered privately for groups as well as our scheduled voyages.
We also offer an excellent concessions rate for language schools on our Powerboat Adventure.
As well as scenic and adventure boat trips, we also offer Burial at Sea, safety boat services and we are often used as a professional filming platform for coastal locations.
See our website ( www.sussexvoyages.co.uk ) for more details, prices and sailing times of our different tours and Powerboat Adventures.
