An eight-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course
Dates for 2021
Wednesday evenings: 7.15pm – 9.30pm
3rd February – 31st March (Break: 3rd March)
Course orientation session: Wednesday 27th January 7.30 – 8.30pm.
Half-day practice session: Sunday 14th March 10am – 1pm.
We are hoping that this course will be able to run 'in person' at our centre in central Brighton. If this is not possible as a result of government restrictions at the time, the sessions will instead take place over Zoom.
Eight-week course
An eight-week course that teaches the art and practice of mindfulness in a safe, supportive, small-group environment. You will learn simple meditation techniques and practical skills that will allow you to be more present to your experience, to live with more joy and purpose, and manage thoughts, emotions and body sensations more effectively.
Fees
£160 individuals (£20 per week) / £180 organisations. Paid in advance in full (when you book your place).
