You will be hands on with your food preparation, this is not a cooking demonstration! So be ready to get to grips with the tools of our trade.
Our Moroccan session is the perfect introduction to the subtle spicing and intriguing flavour combinations that make this cuisine so popular. We'll cover all the classics including a mouthwatering lamb & date tagine, spiced cous cous and of course falafel!

Included in this session: 3 hour professional cookery tuition, ingredients, equipment, protective apron and mineral water throughout, includes a glass of wine, beer or soft drink with dinner.
