AboutYou will be hands on with your food preparation, this is not a cooking demonstration! So be ready to get to grips with the tools of our trade.
Age suitability: 13-years-old and up
Culinary level: Absolute beginners to those with some cooking ability and wanting to strengthen the core kitchen skills you have.

In this 5-day intensive cookery course, we'll take your teen toastie maker and transform them into a confident cook. We'll arm them with the knowledge and skills to cater for a healthy, nutritionally balanced diet, and they'll pick up creative flair from our professional chefs, so they can impress in the kitchen and make the most of their budget.
This course is suitable for anybody wanting a good grounding in home cooking. Whether you're a keen budding Chef, completing your Duke of Edinburgh levels 1 and 2, a gap year student, heading for university, or tackling the slopes as a chalet host and certainly those interested in a career in the catering industry, this will be the course for you.
Throughout all 5-days we will ingrain in you, food safety, health & safety within the kitchen & CACAYG (clean & clear as you go), we'll have no messy chefs in our brigade!
