One of Brighton's biggest selling points has to be its food & drink offering. The variety of restaurants across the city and in the surrounding area is amazing. The BRAVOs (Brighton Restaurant Awards Vote Online) are back again giving us another chance to celebrate the hard work of these fantastic places.

The BRAVOs are the only food & drink awards which are voted for entirely by the public so this is your chance to have your say. As the city welcomes visitors from across the globe it seems only natural for us to sponsor the new 'International Cuisine' category.

We have a feeling this category will cause a lot of debate & discussion as there are a lot of potential candidates - will it be the Indian spices of The Chilli Pickle or Curry Leaf Café perhaps you prefer the French flavours at Petit Pois or the new Spanish restaurant Pabellon. Will the mouth-wathering pasta at Cin Cin sway you or the pizzas at Nuposto. Let's not forget classic Chinese cuisine at Gars, sushi at Moshimo or what about a big American burger from The New Club? Decisions, decisions!

Voting launches on Monday 28th January and will be open for 6 weeks. However the restaurants won't be the only winners at this year's BRAVOs as everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 there will also be other competitions along the way including prizes from Laurent Perrier Champagne and The Great British Charcuterie.

So get ready to cast your votes and we look forward to seeing the debates raging online!

Voting opens on Monday 28th Janaury and you can cast your vote at: www.BrightonRestaurantAwards.co.uk, in the meantime see the full list of categories at Restaurants Brighton.
