We are Brighton Cacao Company, a chocolatier based in Hove. We specialize in handmade chocolate truffles, chocolate bars, easter eggs and advent calendars. Our founder George, is a pastry chef and chocolatier. He began his studies at Le Cordon Bleu in London, and has since worked for various companies including: Rococo chocolates, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and The Flour Pot Bakery.
We love to bring a little pleasure and joy to your lives through our chocolate. We have a lot of the loved classics, including hazelnut praline, caramelised white chocolate, etc. I also like to push the boundaries with our flavours and make it a little more interesting. Some of our weird and wonderful flavours include: passionfruit and rosemary, lapsing tea and sea salt, raspberry and violet, caramelised white chocolate with coffee and parsnip puree, and our fan favourite - pink peppercorn and Himalayan salt.
You can find our shop on Portland road in Hove. We have a small retail shop that looks through into our kitchen. Everything we sell is made on site and hand wrapped by George.
