About

Pitching up on the King’s Road this summer, is GuestHouse Hotels’ fourth and most fabulous offering yet - No.124. Sitting pretty across three Georgian & Victorian historic residences, No.124 is home to 32 rooms and suites (many of which have uninterrupted sea-views!), a gorgeously comfy lounge and cocktail bar, terrace, year-round courtyard and a soothing Spa. It’s also the home of Pearly Cow – a fire & ice concept restaurant, serving exceptional local produce alongside iconic Pearly Cow dishes (if you haven’t tried those chips yet, you must…).

The bedrooms range from Guest Rooms up to the Hideout Suite (complete with it’s own off-street entrance and secret door to the hotel!). They include the usual GuestHouse signature moments – Crosby record players in each room, with locally sourced vinyls to spin, the coveted Dolls Houses and of course, the help-yourself-any-time-of-day pantries. Seaside chic has never looked so good!

Meanwhile, the terrace is fired up with a pizza oven for eats by the beach, serving small plates, craft cocktails, and of course, pizza. The lounge bar is oozing style with a disco ball overhead, and the walls dressed with artwork from Brighton-local talents.

On the way to the Spa, you’ll discover The  Courtyard. A year-round inside-out space with sunshine courtesy of the fully glazed roof, The Courtyard is an intimate space to find at the heart of the hotel, perfect for parties and gatherings.

In the Spa, you’ll find expert therapists and blissful treatment rooms. Including of course, the iconic GuestHouse copper tub ritual for two – a must do experience.

Then of course, there’s Pearly Cow. From the cosy interiors to the indulgent dishes, Pearly Cow is set to become an essential addition to the Brighton scene. Add to that the private hire possibilities, No.124 will tick every box from staycations to weddings – all overlooking the big blue!
