This new 221-bedroom new hotel will be close to the waterfront in the city of Brighton. The Brighton Conference Centre, Brighton pier and the mainline train station are all located within walking distance. The 4-star property will include a bar, restaurant, gym and six meeting rooms. Construction of the hotel commenced at the start of 2022 with the hotel expected to open in Q2 2024.
