A Brighton favourite since 2001, Indian Summer brings together the traditions of Indian cooking with a fresh, modern approach. Our award-winning chefs take inspiration from regions across India, combining authentic flavours, carefully sourced ingredients and contemporary creativity.
For the full Indian Summer experience, discover our signature Thalis — a colourful selection of curries, sides and accompaniments served together, giving you the chance to explore a variety of flavours in one sitting. Alongside them, you’ll find much-loved Indian classics and modern dishes, with excellent choices for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diners.
Set in the heart of Brighton’s historic Lanes, the restaurant has a character all of its own. Candlelit walls, Indian street photography and our distinctive graffiti-art tables bring together the colour and energy of India with Brighton’s famously creative spirit.
