About

Occupying its stunning seafront location in the vibrant city of Brighton, The Wardroom is a relevant name for the new restaurant at Brighton’s oldest hotel as it means “Commissioned Officers Mess on board a war ship”. Fitting nicely into the hotel’s history, the name reflects the style of service you can expect to receive when you book into this relaxing and quietly sophisticated space where Head Chef, Phil Mesquitta, has let his creative side flow to produce a menu of international flavours using locally sourced produce.
