- On site parking - Car parking : The Lanes car park is located underneath the hotel and is owned and operated by Brighton and Hove City Council. The Waterfront Hotel release 68 spaces that can be accessed via the hotels entrance on the sea front and are available on a first come, first serve basis to hotel guests. A 15% discount is available if staying for 24 hours rate and when using the hotel entrance. Guests can also access the Lanes car park via Black Lion Street. There is a lift on levels 2 & 4 that takes guests up to the hotel reception
