Do you live with chronic or acute pain? Persistent aches and pains? A niggling injury that just won't go away? Or perhaps you'd simply love a luxurious massage treatment while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean?
Book a Jing Method™ Massage Treatment and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and results. Our highly trained therapists use advanced clinical and remedial massage techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, ease muscular tension, and support your body's natural healing processes.
As your body relaxes, you'll be encouraged into a parasympathetic state, the "rest, repair and restore" mode of the nervous system, where deep relaxation can occur and healing can begin.
We'll have massage tables set up right on the beach next to the Yoga Festival, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy expert bodywork in a truly beautiful setting.
Recommended donation: £30–£60 per treatment
This is a pay-what-you-feel community event, and all donations go directly towards supporting the life-changing community yoga programmes provided by the Brighton Natural Health Foundation.
We believe that everyone should have access to therapeutic touch and pain-relieving bodywork. If you're able to donate, your contribution will help us continue supporting the local community. If you're not in a position to donate but would benefit from a treatment, please do book in anyway, you are very welcome. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
