Nature Wellbeing Community Walk

About

Enjoy mindful activities, creative art, and engaging outdoor discovery to connect with nature and each other.

Join Wandering Emotions for a mindful activity walk in nature.

This Hove walk is for 18+ only. We also have family separate family walks if you would like to come with children!

During the walk, we’ll pause for reflection and creative exercises that help you express emotions in your own way. Our outdoor activities are the perfect mix of art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration.

Explore: Discover the local flora and fauna and immerse in the sights, sounds, and peace of nature.

Create: Calming art-based activities that encourage self-expression.

Mindful Moments: Enjoy moments of calm, explore emotions in a playful way, and learn simple tools to support wellbeing.

Connect: Share experiences and build confidence together whilst enjoying nature.

Places are limited. We only offer 20 spaces per walk to be able to engage with all our participants and not overwhelm anyone with a big group.

We offer three tiers of tickets to make our walks accessible while continuing to grow our community organisation. Your contribution helps us cover the costs of the materials we use for all the fun activities, as well as behind-the-scenes costs like insurance and volunteer training. Thank you for your support!

Follow us on social media and join our mailing list to keep up to date with the latest walk news and updates.

*The meeting point and any additional details will be sent in your ticket confirmation email.
