Our Oyster Masterclass is an immersive 90-minute experience designed to transform you into a true oyster aficionado.
You’ll discover the fascinating world of oysters, from their history and provenance to the subtle differences between species, all while enjoying a curated tasting of both hot and cold preparations. Learn the art of shucking with hands-on guidance, sip on champagne, and enjoy a perfectly crafted Bloody Mary on arrival. You’ll leave with a goodie bag, complete with everything you need to confidently shuck oysters at home.
The 90 minute class includes a plethora of hot and cold oysters, a bloody mary, a glass of english sparkling, a glass of champagne and a goody bag to take home.
