Having been serving the finest seafood availble for the last 20 years, at Riddle & Finns, we consider ourselves connoisseurs when it comes to oysters, and now we’re inviting you to share in that expertise.
Our Masterclass is an interactive, informative 90-minute experience designed to transform you into a true oyster aficionado. You’ll discover the fascinating world of oysters, from their history and provenance to the subtle differences between species, all while enjoying a curated tasting of both hot and cold preparations. Learn the art of shucking with hands-on guidance, sip on champagne, and enjoy a perfectly crafted Bloody Mary on arrival.
The 90 minute class starts at 10:30 am and includes 19 oysters, a bloody mary, a glass of English sparkling, a glass of champagne.
Each guest will also receive a special goodie bag featuring:
