About
Paper Daisy Events are delighted to return to this the historic industrial site for a grand weekend Spring Makers Fair, following their highly successful launch Winter event last November with The British Engineerium opening the museum too!
The event will be held both inside the grand Coal Shed Exhibition Hall (over two floors) and with an additional marketplace outside in the surrounding grounds.
The Spring Makers Fair promises to be a vibrant celebration of all things handmade, incorporating craft, art & design, with the addition of small batch local food & drink producers. Featuring over 100 exhibitors each day who will be showcasing their incredible talent and highly unique quality products!
This event offers visitors the chance to meet and chat to the makers, all specially selected from across the South East and be part of a growing trend to shop small & local, creating a relaxed and enjoyable way to spend your weekend!
Additional attractions include:
A full bar serving barista coffees, teas & a selection of alcoholic beverages
Street food and pop-up deli options available throughout the weekend
The historic working museum of The British Engineerium open for visitors -more details coming soon.
Whether you’re looking to discover one-of-a-kind items or simply enjoy a great day out, this event is perfect for all. Come support local small businesses, meet the makers, and soak in the charm of this historic venue.
Don’t miss out on this amazing weekend experience!
General entrance is FREE to all, but optional priority entrance tickets available, £1.50 plus booking fee (if you wish to avoid queues in the event of queues forming)
Last admission each day is 4pm, sorry no dogs.
No on site parking due to outside marketplace but free street parking in surrounding Hove Park area.
