Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a vegetarian option?
A: Dietary requirements are catered for, but they need to be communicated to the centre as soon as tickets are booked if possible and certainly no later than one month before the event. Please send a message toenquiries@southwickcommunitycentre.org.uk to request a vegetarian option, together with your name, your ticket numbers and the total number of tickets in your party. For example you may have purchased five tickets in your name and two of those will require the vegetarian menu.
Q: Are babes in arms permitted?
A: Babes in arms do not need a separate ticket, however the music will be loud and so babies' ears would need protection. The event is not suitable for mobile babies and toddlers or very young children.
If you have any questions not listed about the event itself, regarding food or seating arrangements, please contact the Southwick Community Centre, email: enquiries@southwickcommunitycentre.org.uk or telephone 01273 592819. Any ticket related questions, please contact the Box Office.
